Housework is a pain in the who-who in the first place as far as I am concerned, throw cancer treatments into the mix and you suddenly become blind to the dust on the shelves and oblivious to your floors.  What the hey, it is difficult enough to get yourself to do the dishes let alone scrub the toilet, and not loose it if you know what I mean!

I never even thought to ask anyone for help with my house, and Lord knows I needed help!  I just let a lot of things go and now I am having to do MAJOR cleaning, man I wish I found out about “Cleaning for a Reason” while I was going through chemo or radiation.

This organization, if available in your area, will come to your house and do the things you ask them to help with, like mopping, the bathroom, the kitchen, now is this a SERVICE OR IS THIS A SERVICE?!  You have to be in active chemotherapy or radiation, I guess Herceptin doesn’t count , have a referral from your doctor, and they will come to your house up to a total of 4 times and help you out.  I put their link in my Blog Roll section to the right.

Now is this great or is this great? Now if I could of had someone take care of my dog and cooked my meals, I would of had it made in the shade with lemonade
